Payment Methods
We accept cash only. Please bring exact payment, as we do not keep change on hand or accept credit cards.
Canceling or Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must occur 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Use the link in your confirmation email to make changes. Late cancellations may incur a fee if we cannot fill the slot.
Appointment Day
Arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and no openings remain, you will need to reschedule. Contact us if you’re delayed.
Missed Appointments
Failure to notify us of a missed appointment will result in a charge for the reserved time, payable before booking again.
Location & Parking
We are located at 317 Third Street, Marietta, Ohio. Enter through the front left entrance. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
Additional Policies
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive behavior or unhygienic conditions (e.g., lice).
No refunds are offered for completed services. If an error occurs on our part, corrections will be made free of charge within 7 days.
Clients are responsible for arriving with clean, dry hair or beards for optimal service.
